All our underlay is wrapped for extra protection, we do not just send the underlay out in the manufacturer bag. Smaller pieces of underlay are put in boxes for extra protection. The underlay should then be slightly stretched and stapled to the floor, if on a concrete floor, spray adhesive should be used.
